This was one of my best trips ever to Helzberg! The repair items came back in less than a week which is the fastest ever since I have been a customer! The employees are extremely helpful and friendly and very socially conscious!

I had such a wonderful experience at Helzberg Diamonds in the Arlington Parks mall! Manual was amazing in helping me find the perfect gold chain nacklace for my boyfriend birthday—patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. He made the process feel stress-free and truly special. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this location and their incredible team!

Ritaijah Thurman is the best! I finally received my ring after my proposal, but unfortunately it arrived two sizes too big. I was pretty disappointed at first, especially since I came in to get it resized right before New Year’s. Thankfully, Ritaijah Thurman took amazing care of me and truly made it happen — she ensured my ring was ready and I was able to receive it on New Year’s Eve, just in time for a very special event. I can’t thank her enough. She was incredibly kind, patient, and honest, never overpromising but still going above and beyond. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and her positivity honestly made me forget how upset I initially was about the sizing issue. I feel so blessed to have had her assist me, and because of her, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a wonderful one. Thank you to the staff, here I loved my ring!

After shopping around with 4 other jewelers, I had walked into Helzberg’s sorta knowing what I piece of jewelry I wanted to custom create for my partner. Elma and Bevi had both helped me out by showing me different variations to figure out what I truly wanted to buy. They were honest, comforting and not pushy as other sales people would be. I would definitely shop for another piece of jewelry with these individuals again.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Helzberg for my fiancé and I have not had any issues with their services. I have had repairs and cleanings and every time it has been fast and expertly handled. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else for any of my diamonds or needs.

Just wanted to take a second and give high praise to Bevi the jeweler in the Parks Mall of Arlington. She helped assist my wife and I in picking out the most exquisite wedding band and rings I have ever saw in my life. My wife and I were overwhelmed with delight as she assisted us in the process. Her professionalism and knowledge, went above and beyond our expectations. In the beginning we were so undecided in the whole ordeal. However, after going through a few selections with Bevi, we walked out with an extraordinary piece of jewelry that will forever express the love of our commitment. We give Helzberg Diamond and staff five stars all the way across the board.

I love coming in the Helzeberg store at the parks mall. They are always so friendly and quick to answer any of my questions that I might have about a certain item. I came into the store to pick up my husband wedding band and a necklace. They wear able to inspect my ring and clean it . She was very helpful thank you Grace

My experience at Helzburg Diamonds in The Parks Mall has been, and I am confident will always continue to be, PHENOMENAL! It was a very long time coming, but I was blessed enough to purchase my first Rolex here. I had set my eyes on this specific watch for close to a year, before I finally pulled the trigger! I was warmly greeted by Nora, and she made me feel right at home. I let her know which watch I was looking for specifically, and she got me set up with Elma and Bevi, who were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! It felt surreal, but they made it a reality, and for that I will be forever grateful! I had such an amazing experience at Helzburg, I decided that since my left wrist got the watch, my right wrist needed a little something as well! I worked with Elma again and she got me set up with a beautiful, 7ct Natural Diamond Tennis Bracelet, which I hold near and dear to my heart. I had some issues with the bracelet, but every concern was addressed promptly, with care, and utmost understanding from everyone at Helzburg. Jon, the store manager, personally helped remedy the situation and was on my side every step of the way as were Elma, Bevi, and Nora! I will forever recommend friends and family to this incredible super team of professionals at Helzburg Diamonds! Thank you!!
